Pedro Grau y Arola CMF (born February 2, 1903 in Sant Jaume de Viladrover , † March 4, 2002 ) was Vicar Apostolic of Quibdó .

Life

Pedro Grau y Arola joined the order of the Claretians and was ordained a priest on May 29, 1926 .

Pius XII. appointed him on March 24, 1953 Vicar Apostolic of Quibdó and Titular Bishop of Pella . The Archbishop of Bogotá and Military Vicar of Colombia , Cardinal Crisanto Luque y Sánchez , donated him episcopal ordination on May 31 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Emilio de Brigard Ortiz , auxiliary bishop in Bogotá , and Tulio Botero Salazar CM , bishop of Zipaquirá .

He attended all the sessions of the Second Vatican Council . On June 6, 1983, Pope John Paul II accepted his age-related resignation.
