Margaret Ann "Peggy" Crowe (born January 15, 1956 in St. Louis , Missouri , † February 9, 2012 in Beaverton , Oregon ) was an American speed skater .

Crowe was a member of the US national team from 1976 to 1979. Mainly she competed on short distances, but partly also on long distances. At the speed skating junior world championships in 1973 in Assen , she finished 17th in the all-around event after she had reached fifth place over 500 meters. A year later in Cortina d'Ampezzo she again reached fifth place over 500 meters and improved to eleventh place in the all-around competition. At the speed skating sprint world championship in 1975 in Gothenburg , Crowe reached rank 14 in the all-around competition. At the 1976 Winter Olympics in Innsbruck Crowe started over 1000 meters, but was disqualified.
