In 1725 Osborne married a third time, this time Juliana Hele (1705–1794), daughter of Roger Hele of Holywell Devon.

When his father died in 1729 he inherited his title as 3rd Duke of Leeds , 3rd Marquess of Carmarthen , 3rd Earl of Danby , 3rd Viscount Latimer , 3rd Viscount Osburne , 3rd Baron Osborne and 4th Baronet , of Kiveton. Just two years later, in 1731, Peregrine Hyde Osborne died at the age of 39.
