Eltville model

He developed the Eltville model of future management . It is based on five human perspectives on the future, represented by five so-called future glasses. The theoretical basis forms a semantically consistent conceptual model and a perspective model with which it is possible to think about the future and strategy of an organization and to communicate them accordingly. It differs from other strategy development models in that, in addition to the strategy, it also includes a foresight. Several universities have meanwhile integrated the Eltville model into their courses.

The Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung explains that the Future Management Group advises “the management teams and strategists of large corporations and leading medium-sized companies. His [Mićićs] clients have already included Siemens , Deutsche Bank and Lufthansa , for example . “Consulting is not about prognoses, but about improving assumptions and converting future knowledge into concrete action based on trends and future technologies.
