Peter Čvirik (born June 13, 1979 in Levice ) is a Slovak football player .

Club career

Čvirik played in his youth at FK Levice. His first professional club was FK Dukla Banská Bystrica . With the MŠK Žilina he won the Slovak championship title in the 2001/02 season. At FK Púchov , he won the 2003 Slovak Cup with the team. With the capital club FC Artmedia Petržalka he won both the Slovak championship and the Slovak cup in the 2007/08 season.

His first post abroad was Lechia Gdańsk , where he played one season. He got a two-year contract with the Romanian club Universitatea Cluj in 2010, but only played there for six months.

In July 2011 he moved to FC Spartak Trnava , where he already played in the 2005/06 season; he got a six month contract.
