Peter Döge

Peter Döge (* 1961 ) is a German political scientist . The main topics of his publications are anti-discrimination and equal opportunities policy, politics in organizations, political theory from an interdisciplinary perspective.

Life

Döge received his doctorate as Dr. rer. pole. worked u. a. as a research assistant in the German Bundestag and as a personal advisor to the Vice President at the Free University of Berlin and as a lecturer at numerous universities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In 2004/2005 he was Maria Goeppert Mayer visiting professor for international gender research at the TU Braunschweig.

He is co-founder and member of the executive board of the Institute for Application-Oriented Innovation and Future Research e. V. Berlin (IAIZ). There he works in political research and organizational consulting with a focus on diversity management and work-life balance .
