Peter Hyla Gawne Stallard
Sir Peter Hyla Gawne Stallard KCMG CVO MBE (born March 6, 1915 in Holme Hale, Norfolk , † October 25, 1995 ) was a British colonial administrator and governor .
Stallard was Governor of British Honduras from December 9, 1961 to July 11, 1966 and then Lieutenant Governor of the Isle of Man from 1966 to 1974 .
