Peter Lenhart
Peter Lenhart (born June 25, 1935 in Essen ; † February 28, 2013 in Graefelfing ) was a German orthopedist and sports doctor .
Lenhart was team doctor for TSV 1860 Munich from 1968 to 1973 . From 1980 to 1998 he was an association doctor for the German Fencing Federation and Olympic doctor for the German national fencing team. In 1992 he was chief pontist for the entire German Olympic team at the Summer Olympic Games in Barcelona. From 1984 to 2010 he was head of the “Sports Physiotherapy at DOSB ” department. From 1969 on he was Vice President and from 1998 to 2008 President of the Bavarian Sports Medical Association.
