Peter McLaren Roberts

Peter McLaren Roberts (born 1927 in Ottawa , † November 22, 2003 in Calgary ) was a Canadian ambassador .

Diplomatic activities

Roberts worked for the Canadian Foreign Service from 1979 to 1984. First he was ambassador in Bucharest from 1979 to 1983 in Romania . He was then envoy to the Soviet Union in Moscow for two weeks in October 1983 and then to Ulaanbaatar in Mongolia for one year until March 2, 1984 .
