Petra Čumplová (born May 7, 1973 in Prague ) is a former Czech handball player who played for the Czech national team.
Career
Petra Čumplová played for DHC Slavia Prague between 1993 and 1995 . With Slavia Prague she won the Czech championship and the Czech Cup in 1994. After the outside player ran up for the German Bundesliga club TuS Eintracht Minden in the 1995/96 season, she switched to the league competitor TV Mainzlar . After Čumplová played for Mainzlar for four years, she joined Bayer Leverkusen . In 2002 she won the DHB Cup with Leverkusen . In 2003 she moved to the upper division HC Sachsen Neustadt-Sebnitz . With Neustadt-Sebnitz she rose to the regional league and the 2nd Bundesliga . In 2006 she ended her career.
Petra Čumplová appeared for the Czech national team 206 times. She took part in five world championships and two times in European championships .
