Petra Volpe

Petra Biondina Volpe (born August 6, 1970 in Suhr AG ) is an Italian - Swiss screenwriter and director .

Life

Volpe studied art in Zurich from 1992 to 1994. She then lived in New York City for two years before returning to Zurich and working there as a film editor . Subsequently, Volpe studied dramaturgy and screenwriting at the University of Film and Television "Konrad Wolf" in Potsdam until 2001 . Since then she has been working as a freelance screenwriter and director.

She became known to a wider audience with the film The Divine Order .
