Architecture and equipment

Church with a baroque cemetery portal

The church has a rectangular Romanesque nave with a rounded west portal. The tower in front of the western front is Gothic in the basement , the late Gothic battlement on consoles has battlements. The choir is slightly drawn in and closed flat. The sacristy to the north is baroque . There are now barrels with stab caps and pilasters above the formerly flat-roofed ship . It has three wide yokes and one narrow one. In front of the choir there is an intermediate yoke separated by belts. The west gallery was designed without supports. In the two-bay choir is a barrel with stab caps.

The high altar dates from 1805 and is a narrow structure with many fluted pilasters and a beautiful tabernacle. A remarkable number of figures are painted on the altarpiece “All Saints”, which was restored in 1963. On the side there are statues of St. Peter and St. Paul . On the entablature there are figures of St. Lawrence , St. John Nepomuk and putti . The side altars are decorated with oil paintings from the 19th century: the left side altar painting shows St. Anthony , the right the Annunciation of the Lord .

The pulpit with the reliefs of the four evangelists and plaited ornamentation was built around 1800. The baptismal font was built around the same time. The bell was cast by Johann Achamer in Vienna in 1698.

The old cemetery is located around the church . The baroque cemetery portal with battlements and top was built in the 18th century and renovated in 1979.
