architecture

The parish church hl. Was built by architect Paul Pfaffenbichler from 1957 to 1962 in homeland security style. Niklaus von der Flüe is a cubic nave structure with natural stone struts and arched windows with a dominant tower clad in natural stone on the west side. The raised and strongly recessed, almost square presbytery is illuminated through three lateral round windows.

The interior of the church shows itself as a pilaster-structured hall with a slightly staggered beamed ceiling, which runs through the central nave into the slightly raised choir. The organ gallery on two natural stone pillars has a paneled parapet. The stained glass in the nave, the confessional and baptistery in abstract forms was created by the painter Robert Herfert (1962).

Furnishing

Altar table, tabernacle, ambo and church stalls were created during the construction period. The larger than life crucifix on the end wall of the choir was created in 1962 by the sculptor Kunibert Zinner, who in 1968 also created the Way of the Cross from wooden reliefs.

There are statues by the sculptor Josef Rifesser , on the left side altar Maria von Fatima from 1968, a crown from 1985, on the right Nikolaus von der Flüe from 1970.

The organ was built by Orgelbau Reinisch-Pirchner (1974).
