Robert Herfert

Robert Herfert (born August 24, 1926 in St. Pölten ; † January 18, 2011 ) was an Austrian painter and visual artist.

Life

Robert Herfert studied from 1946 to 1948 at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna with Robin Christian Andersen and Herbert Boeckl . From 1955 he worked as a freelance artist. Since 1982 he has formed an artist community with his son Andreas Herfert.
