The Pharilapcha (also Phari Lapcha ) is a mountain in the western Mahalangur Himal in the Khumbu region in northeastern Nepal .

The mountain lies between the villages of Machermo and Gokyo to the west of the Dudhkoshi river valley. Its height is 6017  m (according to other sources 6073  m ). The slightly higher Kyajo Ri ( 6186  m ) is located 2.43 km south-southwest . The trekking summit Gokyo Ri is located 3.57 km north of Pharilapcha.

Since 2002, the Pharilapcha has been one of the category "A" trekking peaks. The summit was first climbed on May 19, 2003 by the Brazilians Marcelo Rey Belo and Juliana N. Bechara Belo with several Sherpas. The ascent route led over the northwest ridge.

In addition to the main summit, the Pharilapcha also has a 5977  m high east summit.
