Philipp Gottlieb Osiander

Philipp Gottlieb Osiander (born June 7, 1803 in Frickenhofen , † August 18, 1876 in Cannstatt ) was a German politician and senior bailiff .

life and work

Philipp Gottlieb Osiander attended the Latin schools in Backnang and Besigheim . He then learned to write at several city clerks and higher regional courts, he was an assistant in several law firms. In 1826 he passed the higher service examination at the Department of the Interior.

From 1826 to 1832 he was senior actuary at the Oberamt Kirchheim , and from 1832 to 1841 he was the city school in Kirchheim unter Teck . In 1841 he became a secretary in the government of the Black Forest district in Reutlingen , and from 1844 to 1845 he was administrative superintendent at the Urach regional office . From 1845 to 1856 he was a senior official at the Blaubeuren office and from 1856 to 1871 at the Urach office. In 1871 he retired.

politics

In 1839 he was elected to the Württemberg state parliament for the constituency of Kirchheim and exercised this mandate until 1844.

Honors

In 1868 Philipp Gottlieb Osiander was awarded the Knight's Cross of the Order of Frederick .
