Philipp Grimm (lawyer)
Philipp Grimm (born February 12, 1860 in Würzburg , † 1930 ) was a German lawyer, notary and manager.
Life
After graduating from high school in Würzburg, Philipp Grimm studied law at the universities of Würzburg and Erlangen. In 1881 he became a member of the Corps Franconia Würzburg . After studying and taking the state exams, he became a lawyer and notary in Munich.
In addition to this activity, Grimm held numerous supervisory board mandates. He was chairman of the supervisory board of Bayerische Handelsbank, München-Pasinger Terraingesellschaft, Bayerische Immobiliengesellschaft and Bayerischer Hof W. Späth AG in Lindau. He was also deputy chairman of the supervisory board of Bayerische Vereinsbank , Vereinsbank in Nuremberg, Diamalt AG, F. Bruckmann AG and the Julius Gutmann hosiery factory in Memmingen. He was also a member of the supervisory boards of Gabriel and Joseph Sedlmayr Spaten-Franziskaner-Leistbräu AG , the Augsburg cotton spinning mill, the Göppingen twisting and sewing thread factory, the Fleißner AG colored weaving mill in Münchberg and the Danube-based credit institution.
