Philipp Sander (born February 21, 1998 ) is a German soccer player . The midfielder is on loan from Holstein Kiel to SC Verl .

Career

Sander played for SV Hafen and FC Hansa up to the A-youth in Rostock and moved to Holstein Kiel's U19 in 2015 . He was used regularly, preferred to play in the left midfield and took part with the team in the A-Junioren-Bundesliga . In May 2017, half an hour followed for the second men's team in the league , in which Sander was firmly integrated even after completing his training. His main position was now the offensive midfield, he got used to men's football and with five scorer points Sander contributed to third place. By renouncing the two better-placed teams, the midfielder entered the promotion relegation with Kiel II and scored three goals in the 7-0 win against Brinkumer SV . As the first in the table you could ultimately qualify for the Regionalliga Nord .

In the fourth division, Sander moved further back and from then on played in the central midfield. Due to an injury, the midfielder missed parts of the 2019/20 season, but in addition to other lower-class games, he also played four other and above all longer games for the professionals. From March 2020, there was no further league game because the game operations were not resumed due to the COVID-19 pandemic .

In order to gain match practice at a higher level, a loan deal was agreed with the promoted SC Verl for the third division season 2020/21 .
