Philipp Schaeper
Richard Philipp Schaeper (born July 25, 1858 in Etgersleben , † July 1, 1926 in Kötzschenbroda near Dresden ) was a German administrative officer.
Life
Philipp Schaeper studied law at the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg . In 1878 he became a member of the Corps Rhenania Heidelberg . After completing his studies, he entered the Prussian civil service. He completed his government traineeship with the government in Merseburg . In 1886 he passed the government assessor exam. In 1890 he became district administrator for the Achim district . In 1893 he moved to the Nordhausen district as district administrator . He held the office until 1917. Schaeper was a landowner. After retiring from civil service, he lived in Dresden .
