Piero Gerlini

Piero Gerlini (born July 19, 1925 in Rome , † August 29, 1999 in Viterbo ) was an Italian actor .

Between 1954 and 1992 Gerlini was a popular character and batch actor in Italian cinema and television. He was often seen in comedies , but also several times in the role of the commissioner or police officer in Italian Poliziottesci . Gerlini (sometimes referred to as "Pietro") also shot a number of commercials for advertising and therefore appeared frequently in Carosello , but was also hired by filmmakers with artistic endeavors such as Krzysztof Zanussi .
