Pietro Ruzzolone , also Rozzolone or Ruzolone (active 1484–1522 in Palermo ) was an Italian Renaissance painter in Sicily .

It is possible that Tommaso de Vigilia was his teacher in Palermo, he is sometimes seen as a pupil or successor of Vincenzo Ainemolo (called Il Romano). His name occasionally appears in connection with the sculptor Domenico Gagini . In 1500 he worked with Antonello Crescenzio and Riccardo Quartararo in the Cathedral of Palermo.

During his lifetime he enjoyed a high reputation, in particular he made a name for himself as a painter of wooden crosses and altarpieces.
