Pilawa is a town and seat of the urban and rural municipality in the Powiat Garwoliński of the Masovian Voivodeship , Poland .

The Pilawa station is the junction of the Warszawa – Kowel railway with the Skierniewice – Łuków railway (near Pilawa), which is only operated for goods traffic, and the Tłuszcz – Pilawa line, which is also no longer used for local passenger transport .
