The Piney Creek is about 36 kilometers long left tributary of the Clarion River in Clarion County in the northwest of the US state Pennsylvania . It flows through the townships Limestone , Monroe and Piney and drains an area of around 187 square kilometers.

The river rises southwest of Corsica in Limestone Township and flows mainly in a northwest direction through a hilly and wooded area, passing Limestone and Reidsburg . It now crosses under the Pennsylvania State Route 2007 and flows into the Clarion River from the left. The most important tributaries are the Little Piney Creek and the Brush Run , both of which flow in from the right.
