The Pioverna is a stream in the province of Lecco in Lombardy in northern Italy . The brook rises in the Grigna massif , flows through the Valsassina and flows into Lake Como at Bellano . Shortly before the mouth, the Pioverna forms a small gorge.
Brown trout , salmon trout and bullhead live in the brook , making it popular with anglers.
