Pischk is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Bruck an der Mur in the Bruck-Mürzzuschlag district in Styria .
Pischk is at the knee of the Mur . The scattered settlement Im Glanzgraben also belongs to Pischk.
Settlement development
At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 70 building areas with 17,023 m² and 87 gardens on 100,302 m² in the cadastral municipality of Pischk , in 1989/1990 there were 82 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had increased to 323 and in 2009/2010 there were 127 buildings on 322 building areas.
Land use
The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. At the turn of the year 1979/1980 35 hectares were used for agriculture and 20 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 28 hectares and 19 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 27 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 19 hectares. The average soil climate of Pischk is 27.6 (as of 2010).
