El Pla de Santa Maria (until 1954 Pla de Cabra) is a Catalan municipality in the province of Tarragona in northeastern Spain in the comarca Alt Camp .

Geographical location

The municipality is located about 30 kilometers northwest of Tarragona at an altitude of about 380 meters and has 2327 inhabitants (January 1, 2019).
