The Plankamira (also Plankermira ) is a peak in the Dead Mountains . The main summit ( 2178  m above sea level ) is pushed forward towards the west of the massif. The slightly lower east summit forms the connection to the high white .

The ascent takes place either from the Pühringerhütte , from Gößl or from the Tauplitzalm . In winter the Plankamira is a popular ski touring mountain.
