Pola Kinski

Pola Kinski (* 23. March 1952 in Berlin as Pola Nakszynski ) is a German actress .

Life

Pola Kinski is the daughter of Klaus Kinski and his first wife, the singer Gislinde Kühbeck . Pop singer Tommy Kent is her uncle. After her parents divorced in 1955, she grew up first with her mother and later with her father. In her autobiography Kindermund , published in January 2013, she also addresses the sexual abuse by her father. Pola Kinski is the half-sister of Nastassja Kinski and Nikolai Kinski .

In the early 1970s she studied acting at the Otto Falckenberg School in Munich . In addition to film roles, she took on engagements at the Schauspielhaus Bochum and the Deutsches Schauspielhaus in Hamburg . In the 1970s she worked with Peter Zadek and under the artistic director Ivan Nagel . From 1977 she worked as a freelance actress and lived in Berlin and Paris . She also starred in several television films .

Today Pola Kinski lives with her husband in Ludwigshafen am Rhein . The couple has three children.
