Police Regulations

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Police service regulations ( PDV ) are service regulations of the German police force . A large part of them is not public and the classified information classified as inter alia the tactical approach describe the police in the investigation of crimes, for example, the procedure for the taking of hostages, etc.. Police service regulations and guidelines are published by Working Group II of the Conference of Interior Ministers and drawn up by the Regulations Commission (UK). This commission has existed since 1974 and is made up of the following delegates: one member each of the state police (except for the Saarland police ), one federal delegate, one delegate from the German Police University , one delegate from the subcommittee on police information and communication strategies and technology ( UA IuK) as well as the working group of the heads of the State Criminal Police Office and the Federal Criminal Police Office (AG Kripo).

Some, however, also came into the public's interest, for example PDV 122 through a constitutional complaint , with others all applicants are confronted in the selection process for the careers of the middle and higher police service (PDV 300: "Medical assessment of police fitness and police service") .
