Pontiac is a regional county municipality ( French municipalité régionale du comté, MRC ) in the Canadian province of Québec .
It is located in the administrative region of Outaouais and consists of 19 subordinate administrative units (15 municipalities, two villages, a cantonal municipality and a municipality-free area). The MRC was founded on January 1, 1983. The main town is Campbell's Bay . The population is 14,345 and the area 12,824.1 km², which corresponds to a population density of 1.1 inhabitants per km².
