Témiscamingue is a regional county municipality ( French municipalité régionale du comté, MRC ) in the Canadian province of Québec .
It is located in the administrative region Abitibi-Témiscamingue and consists of 21 subordinate administrative units (three cities, twelve municipalities, one village, three cantonal municipalities, a district and a municipality-free area). The MRC was founded on April 15, 1981. The main town is Ville-Marie . The population is 16,381 and the area 16,328.7 km², which corresponds to a population density of 1.0 inhabitants per km².

The Indian reservations Kebaowek and Timiskaming are also located in the area of the MRC Témiscamingue , but they are administered autonomously and form enclaves. There are also two non-reservation settlements, Winneway and Hunter's Point .
