Renfrew County is a county in the southeast of the Canadian province of Ontario . The county seat is Pembroke . The population is 101,326 (2011), the area 7440.81 km², which corresponds to a population density of 13.6 inhabitants per km². The county is located on the Ottawa River and has over 900 lakes.
