Pontus Zetterman (born January 11, 1994 in Gothenburg ) is a Swedish handball player .

Club career

Zetterman started playing handball at the Swedish club Bjurslätts IF. At the age of 15, the left-hander moved to Redbergslids IK , for whom he later made his debut in the Handbollsligan . After the backcourt player only received a few games, he moved to league rivals HK Drott in 2014 . In the 2014/15 season he was the top scorer in the Handbollsligan with 192 goals. In February 2016, Zetterman moved to the German club TuS N-Lübbecke , for which he played in the Bundesliga . In 2018 Zetterman moved to HSC 2000 Coburg .

Zetterman ran for the Swedish youth and junior selection. He won the silver medal at the U-18 European Championship in 2012 and the U-20 European Championship in 2014 . In addition, he was named MVP at the U-18 European Championship in 2012 .
