The PORR GmbH & Co. KGaA is a construction company based in Munich .
The construction company is a full-service provider in all sectors of the construction industry. The range of services includes building construction, traffic routes and bridge construction, tunnel and special civil engineering, power plant construction, hydraulic engineering, industrial construction and renovation, as well as environmental technology and project development. It is a subsidiary of the Austrian Porr Group based in Vienna. In addition to the headquarters in Munich, PORR has branches in Germany in Berlin , Frankfurt am Main , Hamburg, Stuttgart, Schmölln (Thuringia), Dresden and Düsseldorf .
history
PORR emerged in Germany from the gradual takeover of Radmer Bau AG, founded in 1948, by PORR between 1990 and 2002. In 2006 the company was converted into a GmbH. In 2017, PORR took over Franki Grundbau GmbH & Co. KG in Seevetal and Oevermann GmbH based in Münster.
