Premberg is a parish village with about 350 inhabitants in the administrative district of Upper Palatinate in Bavaria . It is a district of the town of Teublitz in the Schwandorf district .

history

Premberg was mentioned for the first time in a document in the Diedenhofen chapter of Charlemagne in 805 . Since Premberg is directly on the Naab , it used to be an important reloading point for the shipped salt. The salt road in the village therefore got its name. The old church tower of Martinskirche is said to have been a lookout tower in the Middle Ages , which is said to have been built by Charlemagne . This came through the place and there are some anecdotes and legends about the community.

The older residents of November call the place Bremmbat .

On January 1, 1978 Premberg was incorporated into Teublitz.
