Première Division (Burkina Faso) 2002/03

The 2002/03 season of the Première Division was the 41st season of the Burkinabe Football Championship since the independence of the former Upper Volta in 1960. Twelve teams played for the title, which ASFA-Yennenga was able to win for the fifth time. The bottom of the table ASEC Koudougou had to relegate. AS-SONABEL was promoted from the Deuxième Division.
