Pretty Pink , bourgeois Anne Karolczak (born June 23, 1989 in Blankenburg ), is a German music producer and deep house djane .

Life

At Burg Giebichenstein Halle, she studied multimedia design, doing a master’s degree on her own, focusing on new channels of the digital information society and developing an activation strategy that combined both conventional media with the ever-increasing interest in social media. It now has a reach of over 80,000 Facebook fans and interacts across media .

In December 2006 she played her first DJ set in the Klima Club Lounge in Ilsenburg . She later became famous for her special deep bass deep house style. She achieved her international breakthrough in 2013 through her remixes by artists such as Mr. Probz , Lost Frequencies , Armin Van Buren and Cosmic Gate . A clear club focus is defining the style of her works.

She is best known for her productions on Suara , Armada Deep and The Bearded Man . Karolczak played in 153 shows in 2014 and is one of the most booked deep house DJs in Germany. She does the marketing and coordination independently.

German productions

Since the end of 2013 she began to integrate German interpreters into the club-oriented arrangements of deep house and since then has been leading the genre with productions like “Schöner Moment”, an original by the indie pop band Chapeau Claque , published on Boys Deep, Kontor Deep. This production reached number one in the German Dance Charts (DC and DCC) in the summer of 2014. This was followed by a cooperation with the Berlin band SDP and their title “I must always think of you”, published on Boys Deep and licensed on Kontor-Deep. The accompanying video landed in the top ten of the MTV video charts.

International success

She recorded the last successes of her international productions in February 2015. With her interpretation of 'What is Love' - published on the Gunfire EP (published on Suara), she reached number two in the worldwide Beatport chart (genre: Electronica) and with the EP eponymous work 'Gunfire' in the Deep House genre took third place.
