Pretzel Logic (German: " Brezel -Logik") is the third studio album first released in 1974 by the US band Steely Dan .

General

The album was a commercial success. The hit single Rikki Don't Lose That Number brought the group back radio presence after the previous album Countdown to Ecstasy was less successful.

Donald Fagen sang all of the tracks on the album. The roles of the musicians, which were even more clearly distributed on the previous album, began to dissolve. This process continued with the following albums, until Steely Dan consisted of Becker and Fagen only with changing studio musicians.

Track list

All titles were written by Walter Becker and Donald Fagen, unless otherwise noted.
