The private college for business and social affairs , FSWISO for short , is a private college with locations in Erfurt , Gera , Sondershausen , Suhl and Malchow , which was founded in 1994. It is run by the private college of the same name for business and social affairs gGmbH.

In 1994 the private college for business and social affairs was founded.

On June 3, 2013, the school was awarded the German School Prize for the type of school “Vocational Gymnasium”.

Divided into five "sub-locations", the private technical school extends mainly over the whole of Thuringia , whose headquarters are in Erfurt . The partial schools in Thuringia are located in Erfurt, Gera , Sondershausen and Suhl . In addition, there is a school location in Malchow in the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania .
