Professor Layton and the legacy of Aslant ( Japanese レ イ ト ン 教授 と 超 文明 A の 遺産 , Layton Kyōju to Chou Bunmei A no Isan , German about "Professor Layton and the legacy of supercivilization A") is a puzzle game for the Nintendo 3DS . It is the sixth installment in the Professor Layton series . This game is the last with Layton as the main character. It represents the grand finale of the second trilogy of games.

action

The action takes place a year after Professor Layton and the Mask of Miracles. It all starts with a letter from the archaeologist, Professor Locklair, which Professor Layton receives. He claims that he has discovered a living mummy and asks the professor for his expert opinion. So the professor, his assistant Emmy and his apprentice Luke set off for the snowy Snøborg. It turns out that the "mummy" is an Aslanti envoy named Aurora who has the ability to reveal Aslant's legacy. However, this requires artifacts that are scattered all over the world and so the professor, Emmy and Luke set out to look for the artifacts.

mystery

As in the last Professor Layton adventures, the main focus of the game is solving puzzles. The game contains a total of 165 puzzles, including bonus puzzles. There are also 385 optional “riddles of the day” that can be downloaded from the Internet .
