Project B. was a musical event for Bacardi's 150th birthday in 2012.

Career

On the occasion of its 150th anniversary, the spirits brand Bacardi decided to resume an advertising success from the early 1990s. At that time Kate Yanai had the summer hit 1991 with the song Summer Dreaming , which is based on the music for a commercial. The American Kelly Rowland was won as the new singer . The German producer trio FNSHRS were hired for the musical implementation of a newer, contemporary version . (consisting of: Paul NZA , Marek Pompetzki and Cecil Remmler ). Pompetzki and Neumann had worked together for a long time, including as producers of Sido and Fler and as a remixer under the name Numarek . Remmler joined them in 2011 and together they produced Edita Abdieski , Ivy Quainoo and Stefanie Heinzmann, among others . A video was shot and distributed in Spain for Summer Dreaming 2012 . The song itself was released on July 6th of that year under the artist name Project B. featuring Kelly Rowland . In Germany and Austria, the song was briefly placed in the charts.
