Puerto Ballivián is a town in the Beni department in the Amazon lowlands of the South American landlocked state of Bolivia .

Puerto Ballivián is a town in the municipality of Trinidad in the province of Cercado . The municipality is located at an altitude of 155  m on the right, eastern bank of the Río Ibare , which flows 28 kilometers downstream into the Río Mamoré .
