Puerto Carmen (also: Puerto Pando Carmen and Puente Pando ) is a town in the La Paz department in the South American Andean state of Bolivia .

Location in the vicinity

Puerto Carmen is a village in the municipality of Palos Blancos in the Sud Yungas province and is located at an altitude of 318  m on the Río Kaka just before its confluence with the Río Beni .

Puerto Carmen is located in the Bolivian Yungas east of the Andes mountain range of the Cordillera Real .
