Pulemez ( Ukrainian Пулемець ; Russian Пулемец , Polish Pulemiec ) is a village in the northwest of the Ukrainian Volyn Oblast with about 650 inhabitants (2004).
Pulemez is the only village in the district of the same name in the west of Shazk Rajon and is located on the 16.3 km² Lake Pulemez, which is part of the Schazk National Park Biosphere Reserve , and on the T-03-07 territorial road near the border between Ukraine and Belarus with the Border crossing to the Belarusian Malaryta Rajon .
The Rajon center Shatsk is about 30 kilometers by road to the southeast and the city of Kovel about 115 km southeast of the village.
