Rådmansgatan is an underground station on the Stockholm Metro . It is located in the Vasastaden district . The station is served by the Gröna linjen of the Stockholm subway system . The central location in the city center makes the station one of the busiest stations on the underground network. On a normal working day, 29,600 commuters get on here.
The station went into operation on October 26, 1952 when the Hötorget - Vällingby metro section was inaugurated. The station was built using the cut-and-cover method, the platforms are about eight meters below ground. The station is between the stations Odenplan and Hötorget . It is around one kilometer to Stockholm Central Station .
