The Rémarde is a river in France that runs in the Île-de-France region . It rises in the municipality of Sonchamp , in the Haute Vallée de Chevreuse Regional Nature Park , generally drains in an easterly direction and flows into the Orge after 35 kilometers in the center of Arpajon as a left tributary . On its way, the Rémarde crosses the Yvelines and Essonne departments . Its lower course runs through a densely populated area in the greater Paris area.
