The Río Isiboro is a left tributary of the Río Mamoré in the lowlands of the South American landlocked state Bolivia .

The isiboro river rises in the Kordillere Cochabamba in Departamento Cochabamba at an altitude of 1360 m at 16 ° 44 '3 " S , 65 ° 56' 51" W . From its source, the Río Isiboro flows for the first 40 km in a south-easterly direction in the direction of the Cordillera from Cochabamba to 16 ° 49 '44 " S , 65 ° 48' 9" W and then turns to the northeast.
