The Río Isluga is a river in the South American Andean highlands of Chile and Bolivia .

Origin of the Río Isluga is the Laguna Parinacota in the region of the stratovolcano Isluga in the Chilean region of Tarapacá . Due to the arid climate of the region, the runoff from the lake at 4,147 m is only periodic, only in the summer months from December to March there is significant rainfall.

The Río Isluga flows in an easterly direction through the Volcán Isluga National Park and after 27 kilometers it reaches the Laguna Aravilla , a lake about one kilometer in length. After another eight kilometers he reaches the village of Enquelga , where the river is fed by hot thermal springs , the " Termas de Enquelga ". Other places on his way to the east are Isluga , Sitani , Cotasaya and the two border towns Colchane and Pisiga Bolívar , the latter on Bolivian territory.

20 km below Pisiga flows into the river in the salt lake Salar de Coipasa . The river has a total length of 81 kilometers.
