Rödelberg is a district of Neumarkt in the Upper Palatinate . Until the municipal area reform , which came into force on July 1, 1972, the place belonged to the former municipality of Mühlen . The village of Rödelberg is located in a side valley on the eastern edge of the Pilsach valley in the very north of the urban area, south of federal motorway 3 , west of Ischhofen and east of Iberlsmühle at around 452 to 480 meters above sea level .
