RIT ticket
A RIT ticket (Rail Inclusive Tours) is a ticket that is issued to everyone as part of a flat-rate arrangement in international transport for the round trip and for round trips , whereby at least one overnight stay or one other tourist service (e.g. Rental agreement for a rental car in connection with flight tickets ) is provided. The use of the train in only one direction is only permitted for combined journeys with other modes of transport or if the return journey is made from a station other than the destination station of the outward journey. RIT ticket providers are DB , ÖBB , SBB , mainly TEE-Allianz .

Issue of tickets
RIT tickets are only issued by ticket offices of travel agencies with a valid RIT authorization .
Ticket, class
The RIT fares are determined on the basis of the conditions announced by the railways involved and in compliance with the international RIT regulations, but the fare is not shown on the tickets. Tickets are issued for 1st or 2nd class.
Period of validity, break in journey
The validity of the tickets is generally one month.
Breaking the journey is permitted within the period of validity.
Surcharges
The seat reservation fees and the surcharges for beds and couchettes are to be paid in full in any case.
DB-RIT trip
The RIT-Reise (Rail Inclusive Tour) is a package tour by tour operators according to EVO § 7 with the aim of promoting the tourist travel of individuals or people traveling together by train.
In addition to the train journey, it contains a tourist package deal that must include at least one main travel service within the meaning of the travel contract law § 651a BGB.
